Paul Pelton from Lorain, Ohio has been arrested for using his cell phone to make a video of an accident scene. My first instinct is so the fuck what.
He has been allegedly accused of trying to sell the video, not trying to help, mocking the kids (calling them idiots) as well; and the coup de grace, trespassing. Knowing what we know and will not address; news agencies telling the truth (sarcasm) as well as cops being good sports, let alone humanitarians. Power goes to their heads.
Well in this world we live in, so what? He was trying to make some money. NOTHING more than MOST dumb ass people who are busting his balls would do themselves. Fucking HYPOCRITES. If he was trained or had an instinct to help and he didn’t (some people are made that way)! That is his problem not yours. Again so the fuck what, he isn’t a trained 1st responder. He was mocking the idiots, yet again so the fuck what? He was just saying out loud what most people only think (young kids fucking around) there is a reason why 18-24 year old kids have the highest insurance rates. Fucking HYPOCRITES. In one article a spokesperson said he was trespassing on a “Crime Scene”. So that slip of the tongue should make it all the more evident that there was something else going on. Such as drinking and driving too fast.
Let me play devils advocate here. There were several people who saw the accident, why tie up the 911 line with multiple calls; not to mention some who may have had some medical skills..
I don’t know how many accidents that I have passed on the highway that I wont stop for. Good Samaritan BS aside, there are some things that I don’t want to be part of, in other words anyone who helps can be considered a trespasser. Just because he caught it on tape automatically makes him guilty. What if he had pulled the kid out and he died, still getting a video of it? He would probably be charged with manslaughter as well as trespassing or something similar.
Let me put it this way, on my trip to Crater Lake over the weekend, there was a deer in the middle of the lane/road. FIVE people that I personally saw weave around it. There were still car parts from the hit, and the deer was still alive. Now some of you ass-wipes with the high and mighty; holier than thou attitudes tell me why I was the one that stopped; got off my bike and pulled the deer to the side of the road. I stopped to take this picture the next day, on the way back.
I bet now that I posted a pic of a traffic hazard, I am next. That is the way this BS works.
